Google Pixel 6 Demos

For the launch of the highly advanced and ultra premium Pixel 6 & 6 Pro, I led the concept and design for the in-store demo experience that would live on the phones as native apps, highlighting the innovative features and tech for these iconic phones.

Introduction —

In 2021, Google revealed the launch of the all-new Google Pixel 6 & 6 Pro. With the addition of Material You, all new AI features, a super powerful camera, and the first-ever Pixel Tensor Chip, the phones were not just technologically advanced, they were also a brand new Pixel in and out.

With the launch of these new phones, was the reveal of an entirely new design system, Material You. Using this new system, we were able to create an experience that was visually striking and distinct to Pixel.

Stink Studios was tasked with designing two unique demo experiences that aimed to highlight the phones unique features and inspire customers to purchase. These demos would live on every phone displayed across Google Stores and third-party carrier locations.

The two demos follow the same UX pattern and design template – where they differ is in the visual style, flow, and content. Each experience features a unique color palette and the Material You brand system.

Pixel 6 is expressive and bright and focuses the experience on features that promote creativity and self-expression.
